**About the role**

As our Assistant Club Manager you will be a crucial member of the team and you will assist the Club Manager on the day-to-day running of the club, including driving and managing membership sales, administration duties, overseeing gym operations, and with assistance from the Club Manager will aim to increase the club's profitability and overall performance. This position is for 20 hours per working week. Potential for additional hours during promotional periods, with the right qualifications.

**About you**

Do you have the following experience and qualities?
- Proven track record in driving membership sales and marketing strategies
- Ability to attract members and convert enquires to sales
- Proven experience in the gyM/Fitness industry
- First-rate people skills and a self-motivated work ethic
- Passion for the industry and changing people’s lives
- Able to work autonomously and in a team environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for delivering excellence in customer service
- Experience in small group training will be highly regarded
- Certificate III and IV in Fitness will be highly regarded
- Senior First Aid (Level 2) - HLTAID003 and CPR - HLTCPR211A
- National Police Check
- Working With Children Check
