**Your New Role**

Reporting to the Assistant Finance Manager, you will be working with the Finance team and will be responsible for undertaking all duties associated with the Accounts Payable function.

Your duties will include, but not be limited to:

- Processing Supplier, Sub-contractor, and Overhead Invoices.
- Reconciliation of monthly statements in a timely and efficient manner.
- Create & process Bpay for council payments.
- Process all cheques and electronic fund transfer payments.

**About You**
- Previous experience in high volume Accounts Payable processing using Oracle software.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, working constructively with a team.
- Good organisation and time management skills with an ability to meet deadlines.
- Computer literate in Office Applications.
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
