Company

Based in Wetherill Park this small business supplies construction materials to major builders throughout Australia. They have an excellent culture, with a diverse team and due to some recent hires they need someone to manage the office and be the first point of contact for the business

Position

Being the first point of contact for both your colleagues and visitors this will be a diverse fast-paced position. Organising & booking events, onboarding new starters and placing job adverts, taking meeting minutes and managing company assets will just be some of the tasks falling under your remit. You will be working closely with the owner and director and be an integral part of the business

Ideal person
- Experience as an office manager
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or G Suite
- Strong experience with Xero
- Experienced in sending info for BAS/IAS & liaising with accountants
- Excellent attention to detail and organised

The pay for this position is based on office management experience and based on this will fall between the $60k - $90k bracket.
