- 522880This is an exciting opportunity to work for a prestigious Travel company to support their brands across Media and CX initiatives.

We are looking for a data and digital specialist who is passionate about the customer journey from first contact, through to conversion, brand experience and building brand advocacy.

Reporting and Advisor to the Brands Marketing Director this role is integral to driving growth in consumer demand and sales for all their Tour Brands.

We are looking for a self-starter who thrives on collaboration with their regional and global teams.

You’ll need to be passionate about data, and excited to feed cross-channel data insights into the wider customer journey.

In addition, you’ll need to have deep experience in media and the wider customer journey in order to understand how to connect seamless buying experiences.

Key requirements:

- **_Media_**
- Work closely with our global trading desk team to align on optimisations, targeting and best practices across platforms and channels.
- Along with the Media Manager and Marketing Director - lead media agency strategic priorities.
- Media channel reporting, reviews and deep dive analysis to make optimisations in channel.
- Audit of current targeting and usage of first party data to understand opportunities to improve personalised messaging.
**_Customer Journey_**
- Develop a deep understanding of our customers and identify targeting opportunities to drive growth and increase stickiness to our brands.
- Work closely with the direct reservations team to ensure the above initiatives are resulting in optimised conversions and sales.
- Be the go-to lead on our Personalisation squad to determine key opportunities to drive 1:1 communications across the customer journey.
- Lead on thinking and implementation of major strategic media projects across brand, including rolling out initiatives such as always on media triggered by customer signals.
- Identify key tests across channel to work with global digital teams to implement.

**_Reporting & Insights_**
- Evaluate digital analytics, business intelligence, market conditions and competitor research to provide input into the strategic marketing plans.
- Analyse cross-channel attribution performance to mine campaign performance insights and drive future campaign testing.
- Work with the cross-channel analysis teams to bring together holistic campaign views.
- Create bespoke ad-hoc reports, dashboards & analysis as needed.

**You:

- **
- Naturally obsessed with data. Able to produce and analyse reports, then interpret the data that leads to actionable insights.
- Deep understanding of media and data landscapes.
- Self-starter, highly motivated and shows initiative.
- Have experience with analytics tools such as Power BI, Google Analytics & Google marketing stack or similar
- Have experience in A/B and multivariate testing
- Ability to multi-task and progress several projects simultaneously, working in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills and openness to collaboration
- Adaptability, agility, and commitment to wider team success
- A passion for travel
- Relevant qualification in Marketing or a related discipline
- Proven experience in a digital, media and / or relevant marketing function
