An excellent opportunity (permanent full time) now exists for a Digital Media Manager with a media or digital agency background to step into the industry and manage the digital performance of a high-profile portfolio. To ensure the achievement of business objectives, you will contribute to the development of the insurance marketing strategy across all digital media channels. We're looking for someone who can execute campaigns, manage, and direct agencies with great attention to detail and a passion for uncovering insights

What will you be doing?
- Developing performance insight reports for campaigns, providing clear and actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Managing key digital media projects, contributing to annual business planning and strategy development.
- Monitoring and managing the marketing media budget, ensuring continuous improvement through analysis and ROI disciplines.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including media agency representatives.
- Developed the media strategy and collaborated with platform specialists to implement and optimize paid performance marketing channels (SEM, social media, programmatic, etc.) to achieve business targets.

What are we looking for in you?
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing or a related discipline
- Experience working in digital marketing roles, ideally in a media agency or digital agency
- Experience managing a media agency, understanding of digital tools and platforms, including Meta, Google Ads, and Google Analytics
- Experience in building, managing, and maintaining strong relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders
