E-commerce Account Manager

**The opportunity**:
We are seeking an Ecommerce Account Manager to drive the success of Vitaco’s leading brands (Musashi, Nutra-Life, Athena, and Healtheries) across Amazon and other online marketplaces. This is an exciting opportunity to accelerate growth, optimise performance, and expand into new regions, including the USA, the Middle East, and ANZ markets.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Assist in developing and executing a 3-year Ecommerce strategy across Amazon and other marketplaces.
- Manage and optimise marketplace accounts to drive revenue, improve conversion rates, and reduce TACOS.
- Oversee advertising campaigns to maximise ROI, leveraging data-driven strategies.
- Enhance product listings and brand pages with engaging content and SEO optimisation.
- Monitor inventory and fulfilment to ensure optimal stock levels and avoid stockouts.
- Conduct competitive market analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align strategies and ensure seamless execution.
- Plan and implement promotional activities to boost sales and visibility.
- Deliver regular performance reports with actionable insights to achieve KPIs.

**What you will bring**:

- A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business Management or a similar field.
- 2-3 years’ experience in marketplace Ecommerce, particularly Amazon.
- Proficiency in marketplace tools (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout) and PPC campaign management.
- Advanced knowledge of Amazon tools such as Seller Central, Brand Analytics and Campaign Manager.
- Strong digital marketing and SEO skills.
- Proven ability to optimise accounts for revenue growth and efficiency.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams and stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with experience interpreting performance data to drive results.
- Strong project management and problem-solving capabilities.
- Customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering outstanding experiences.
