About the business

Our client is looking for a vibrant Senior Property Manager to join their thriving team in the Eastern Suburbs The ideal person for this role will have a proven track record of a strong work ethic and have the ability to work as part of a team and also autonomously. This role will be working within a small PM team of 6 people, working along side other SPM's within the business, you will have full leasing, accounting and admin help. 

About the Role

  • Managing a portfolio of 155 with assistance, this will be grown to 180 over time with new bsuiness
  • Effectively manage Landlord and Tenant communication
  • Oversee in-going, out-going and routine inspection process, with assistance
  • Relationship building with landlords
  • Arrears management
  • Manage all lease renewal negotiations

About You

To be considered for this role the ideal applicant will possess:

  • Minimum 3 years plus property management experience
  • Proven problem solving and conflict resolution skills are essential
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Ability and willingness to adapt to the fast-paced environment
  • Current Real Estate Agent License or Certificate of Registration
  • Current Australian Drivers Licence and reliable vehicle
  • Strong customer service focus
  • A positive attitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Local area knowledge
  • Lead by example and provide direction to property managers
