As a team leader, you will report to National Branch Operations Manager. To provide a professional service to PPG customers as part of the warehouse team.

**Responsibilities**
- Mix and tint/ eye match colours to formulas, as per customer orders.
- Paint mixing and tinting as per formulations.
- All functions in the tint area (stock control, replenishment, formula management).
- Complete number of tints, on time in accordance with PPG processes.
- Achieving sales, revenue and growth targets for the assigned store.
- Effective leadership of the warehouse team.
- Assisting with the training and development of staff
- Ensure the warehouse area is always clean and tidy.
- Ensure the facility is maintained in accordance with 5S principles and in adherence to EHS requirements.
- Process over the counter customers sales and service.
- All computer related tasks (inventory adjustments, stock ordering, receipting, invoicing and manifesting).
- Training and development of staff.

**Qualifications**
- General warehousing skills.
- Knowledge of colour mixing practices.
- Forklift license (preferred)
- Knowledge of colour mixing practices.
- Demonstrated colour matching skills.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Demonstrated knowledge of paint and consumable products.
- Excellent verbal communication and diplomacy.
- Excellent time management.
- Manage complexity and attention to detail.
- Exceptional customer service skills with friendly and professional disposition.
- Exceptional telephone skills.
