The Opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity that offers a savvy and experienced Accounts Payable Officer the potential to grow as they join a close-knit and collaborative Accounts Payable team.

The Role

Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, the Accounts Payable Officer will be responsible for the end to end accounts payable function including - invoice processing, supplier payments and reconciliation, internal and external stakeholder management and various ad-hoc tasks and projects as required.

About you

We are looking for a motivated team player who is highly organised and has great attention to detail with a focus on efficiency and accuracy. You will be an excellent communicator that thrives on stakeholder engagement as well as possesing the below skills:

- Demonstrated experience in end-to-end Accounts Payable experience
- Tertiary qualifications highly regarded, but not essential
- Experience in Yardi Voyager highly advantageous, but not essential
- Demonstrated competency in a fast-paced environment, processing high volumes
- Adaptable, friendly and proactive individual
- Ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
