We are seeking a forward thinking, creative change-maker to join our team in this important transformation role.

**About The Role**

This Transformation Stream Lead role is a 12 month full-time maximum term role.

Duties for the **Transformation Stream Lead -** **Process & Systems** include:

- Map current state and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Develop the automation roadmap, identifying opportunities across key activities for efficiency.
- Review and assess all systems supporting activities undertaken in Endeavour’s Work Division.
- Liaise with the ICT teams and ensure the ICT roadmap reflects the priority needs of the Work division.
- Work with each of the transformation stream leads to identify and establish systems and process roadmaps for their domains and plan for roadmap implementation.
- Design business cases for an automation or systems investment requirements.
- Develop implementation plans that integrate with other transformation stream activities.

**About You**
- Experience in enterprise wide system architecture such as ERP, CRM, Safety and Client Management Systems.
- Ability to develop and implement project initiatives for systems and processes.
- Experience working in an agile model.
- Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate teams, foster collaboration and drive change initiatives.
- Proficient in analysing data to provide data-based decision making proposals for improvements.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively to diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies, systems integration, change management and project management is desirable
