**THE ROLE**

This role requires a customer-centric mindset, keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively interact with different types of stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**include, but not limited to:

- Conduct thorough quality checks of all the support documents before submission to the ATO
- Communicate closely with the Policy Department any ATO-related concerns
- Ensure real-time documentation and maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to address client needs and improve overall service delivery
- Identify and contribute to process improvement initiatives and best practices

**THE PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport/strong relationships with different stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant technology
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering exceptional service
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining high service standards
