**About the job**
Our client is within the education sector and are looking for a Junior Business Analyst to help on a large SuccessFactors implementation.

This is a 6 month contract with an immediate start, located in Parramatta and is a hybrid working environment (2-3 days in the office).

This is a great opportunity for someone who has done work experience or internship as a Business Analyst and looking to build out their experience in the industry.

You will have the opportunity to assist in an end to end migration of a new module within SuccessFactors. You will assist in data preparation to ensure it is set-up for the migration.

Some of the responsibilities will include:

- Formatting and Administration
- Data Entry
- Identification of gaps and action in accordance with management guidance and support
- Documentation and requirement gathering
- Dealing with various stakeholders and taking notes

To be suitable you will need:

- Valid working rights in Australia
- A degree or certificate in IT
- Some exposure, work experience/internship or min 3 months experience as a Business Analyst
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ideally some experience with a CRM such as SuccessFactors or similar
- Understanding of recruitment and the process would be highly advantageous
