**The Opportunity**:
First Page is looking for an experienced Digital Content Team Lead who will lead our in-house digital content writers to deliver impactful and high-quality content. You will be joining a specialised performance digital agency that currently employs some of the best marketing minds globally. The collaboration and knowledge sharing between our talented team members are exceptional.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Project managing content requests from internal and the clients
- Managing workload of in-house and freelance digital content writers
- Editing and proofing content to ensure high-quality delivery for websites, press releases, and blogs with a strong focus on SEO and ensuring SLA is hit
- Creating punchy ad copy for a variety of marketing campaigns.
- Developing content strategies to enhance some of Australia’s and the world’s largest brands.
- Collaborating with our global network of content-producing legends. Crazy knowledge sharing

**What we need**:

- Someone who values quality; you care about craftsmanship and take pride in their work.
- Extensive content writing experience with SEO knowledge.
- Experience in leading and developing a team.
- Digital agency experience is ideal.
- Experience writing Google Ads & Facebook ad copy is ideal.
- A passion for learning and enhancing your existing skills.
- Speed and able to hit deadlines that you set for yourself.
