Adelaide, Australia Charter Bridge Consulting Full time

We are looking for an experienced IT Help Desk Analyst to take on a permanent position in a busy IT team at one of Australia's most iconic brands, based at their Adelaide head offices.

**The role**
- Lead and mentor a small team of IT Help Desk Analysts (3)
- Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure excellent customer service
- Provide hands-on technical support across Windows Desktop & Server, Office 365, virtualisation, storage, and networking, as well as basic ERP permissions/functionality
- Drive service improvements and maintain IT best practices

**Your skills and experience**
- Strong technical expertise in Windows environments, Office 365, virtualisation, storage, and networking
- Proven experience in a leadership or senior service desk role (at least 4 years leading a small Help Desk team)
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and team development
