To build, sustain and enhance client relationships and generate revenue for the company through a whole of business approach. The Client Relationship Manager manages a portfolio of clients to deliver learning programs and other OD solutions which both meet clients' needs and provide a financial return to the company.

**The Company**

Our client has provided education solutions for Australia's workforce since 1941. Including qualifications, short courses and higher education.

**The Role**

To build, sustain and enhance client relationships and generate revenue for the company through a whole of business approach.

The Client Relationship Manager manages a portfolio of clients to deliver learning programs and other OD solutions which both meet clients' needs and provide a financial return to the company.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Client Relationships and Business Development
- Promote, sell and secure business from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.
- Monitor, evaluate and participate in tender opportunities for the company's Learning and Development services.
- Provide a responsive service to clients, proposing/designing fit-for-purpose solutions to meet their needs and requirements.
- Leverage business networks and other mechanisms to prospect for and develop new business.

**Financial Targets**
- Achieve agreed individual and team revenue and profitability targets across whole of business, ensuring that fees and costs remain within standard ranges/margins.
- Monitor and control expenditure within agreed budgets.
- Identify and capitalise on new/prospective sources of income.

**Quality Service Delivery**
- Draw on the expertise from across the company to design and deliver innovative, best-practice learning programs and OD solutions that meet or exceed client requirements.
- Maintain regular contact with the client throughout the life cycle of the engagement.
- Monitor, using all available channels of feedback, the performance of Consultants assigned to conduct business. Provide feedback, coaching and recognition as appropriate.

**Skills and Experience required**:

- Understanding of Learning & Development strategies
- Project management experience
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Tenders & Proposals
