ARC Staff - Australian Recruitment Company is an Australian owned labour hire and recruitment company operating in several states

Our head office is located in Moorabbin, with onsite parking.

We are seeking accounts and payroll team member who will look after the continued financial well being of the Company and contribute to its future success and growth. The position is a stand alone accounts position and reports directly to the Director. **The role is flexible and can be approx 5 hours per day, (school hours ok) and 4 days per week or 3 full days per week**

It is a busy role you will need to be a good multi-tasker who is organised with excellent attention to details and entry accuracy.

The position includes the following responsibilities:

- Preparation and Processing of weekly payroll, including statutory returns for PAYG, BAS, Super, Payroll Tax and Workcover etc. Payroll will be a large part of your week
- Invoicing
- Data processing in preparation of monthly P&L reporting and expense analysis
- Full responsibility of Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Manage all daily banking duties and reconciliations
- Work with external accountants to produce yearly financials

The successful person will have:

- A Can-Do and proactive nature and work style
- Experience in AP, AR and Payroll as well as BAS and Tax
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Proficient and fast keyboard skills
- A strong working knowledge of General Ledger and Microsoft Office
- **MUST have solid working knowledge of MYOB Account Rite**
