**The Position**

There now exists an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team of educators and leaders as Head of Mathematics.
Reporting to the Head of Secondary, the Head of Mathematics is\ primarily responsible for the strategic leadership of the mathematics programs for Prep to Year 12. The Department has approximately seven full-time permanent sta and four part-time sta who teach across other faculties. Working collaboratively with the other Heads of Faculty and the School Leadership Team to create and manage an innovative and comprehensive Mathematics program. The Head of Mathematics will oversee the development of teaching and learning programs and professional development, in addition to maintaining and growing a high performing team. The Head of Mathematics will have a strong focus on relationship building and will be a visible presence in the community.
