**About the role**:
A SHAPE Project Coordinator - Business Technology, will be supporting project and change management activities in the delivery of business technology projects to meet SHAPE’s corporate and technology strategies. As part of your responsibilities, you will:

- Work collaboratively with production and technology teams to deliver Information and Communication Technology (ICT) projects.
- Manage multiple small, high impact projects simultaneously.
- Coordinate all related project management activities and documentation.
- Monitor project progress and flag any potential changes to project completion.
- Ensure the timely escalation of any risks impacting project scopes, plans, or schedules.
- Develop project status reporting materials for internal governance or steering committee meetings.
- Assist with the identification of potential effective solutions (people, process and technology) underpinned by technology that will deliver measurable benefits.

**About you**
- Tertiary qualification in Construction Management and/or Information Technology or related fields.
- 2+ years’ experience ICT project delivery is desirable.
- Experience in the construction industry highly desirable as well as experience with Procore and other construction technology solutions.
- High level of verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective time management skills.
