We are seeking an experienced and motivated Leader to lead and manage a small team of Collections agents working on behalf of a luxury automotive Client. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about leading and developing teams while driving business outcomes.
As the Team Leader, you will be responsible for the management of team performance and delivering exceptional customer service. You will be an excellent communicator with a proven track record of supervising, managing, coaching and motivating team members on a daily basis. You will lead by example and engage the team to achieve goals, demonstrating a strong work ethic, and a commitment to success.
Key Details:
- Full Time- Monday to Friday | 8:30am to 8:00pm - Choose your shift time- Hybrid | Caulfield locationKey Responsibilities:
- Understanding of collection methodologies and experience to maximize the recovery of your team's assigned portfolio by working collaboratively with your team.- Act as a point of escalation for resolution of complex credit disputes- Manage stakeholder expectations- Deliver coaching and mentoring to your agents specifically relating to customer, stakeholder and portfolio management- Drive process improvements- Achievement of contractual KPIs / daily, weekly, monthly targets- Team performance management and engagement- Effective management of activities for Inbound and Outbound calls to meet service levels- Weekly and Monthly Reporting
Key Skills and Attributes Required:
- Substantial experience within similar role- People Management skills- Ability to coach and performance manage staff- Experience working directly with clients
