**Description**:

**Experience**:

- Research, document and design computer users' requirements and later tests the validity and logic of programs and either makes or negotiates amendments, prepares reports, manuals and documentation on the status, operation and maintenance of system software for use by computer equipment suppliers, systems designers, programmers and computer operators.
- Act as tier 1 support and administrator for applicable information systems in your program, for example, within the National Fire Ant Eradication Program this would include but not be limited to systems such as the Fire Ant Management System (FAMS), Client and Stakeholder Engagement Solution (CaSES; CRM) and the Program’s SharePoint site.
- Investigate, document and analyse information system issues and improvements, including server and/or other equipment upgrades, enhancements to existing software systems (e.g. FAMS), and mobility requirements for the program.
- Communicate business information systems management issues effectively with senior management and staff.
- Identify issues, handle them pro-actively and communicate business information systems management issues effectively to senior management and staff.
- Prioritise and coordinate the implementation of the ICT-related projects such as mobility, software development and system enhancements, business process reviews and IT infrastructure upgrades to meet the requirements and expectations of the business and introduce operational efficiencies.

**Experience**:

- A minimum of 5 years experience support a range of software in large complex organisations.
- Data base management, spatial data and reporting analysis experience.
- SQL proficiency, Power BI, dashboards, spatial systems, strong analytical skills and data modelling.
- BPMN,and JIRA are also used within the team.
