**Your New Position**

When you join our team, you will be reporting directly to the IT Executive Manager and working closely with the CFO to support the Epicor ERP system and infrastructure, as well as the ERP users across our global business operations. You will be the main driver to deliver ERP projects with a strong focus on continuous process improvement. Working with the IT and Finance teams, you will project manage the implementation and enhancement of workflows throughout the business.

Your key accountability will be ensuring that business systems and services are available and operating securely and efficiently. In this role you will work within a supportive team environment where your contribution will be respected and recognised.

**In the ERP and Business Application Support role, you will be responsible for**:

- Systems Administration of the Epicor ERP and other business systems
- Supporting users of the ERP system including troubleshooting, system functions, escalation of issues with vendors, reporting and training.
- Continuous enhancement and improvement of business process and workflows connected with the use of the ERP system across all functional areas.
- Enhance documentation on system architecture and configurations.
- Manage day to day Level 1 and Level 2 support
- Build relationships with users, IT service providers and management to identify and resolve issues associated with system implementation or business process changes
- Propose alternative processes, solutions and technologies, which are likely to bring about high-quality solutions

**Skills & Experience**
- A tertiary qualification in IT, Information Systems, Commerce or equivalent years of experience working with ERP systems
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar IT or Business Analyst role
- ERP System support experience with a preference for Epicor
- Experience in writing SQL queries and maintaining SQL databases
- Advanced Excel skills to integrate with SQL databases will be highly regarded
- Previous experience in managing ERP Upgrade or Implementations will be advantageous
- Knowledge of Cyber Security
