Join the Royal Melbourne Hospital Mental Health Services Team Are you a passionate and dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurse/Registered Psychiatric Nurse looking to make a difference? The Royal Melbourne Hospital (RMH), one of Australia’s leading public healthcare providers, invites you to be part of our award-winning Mental Health Services team.
- Roles available to Registered Psychiatric Nurse: Grade 2 Year 3 - Year 8
- Full Time | Casual opportunities available
- Salary range $76,263 to $96,808 per annum depending on experience (in accordance with the Victorian Public Mental Health Services Enterprise Agreement 2020 - 2024)

**About your Role**:
As a Mental Health Nurse, you will:

- Conduct mental health assessments and provide treatment to consumers, families, and carers
- Coordinate care and ensure clinical standards are met through effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Manage clinical risks and contribute to a supportive work environment
- Mentor and supervise undergraduate students and junior staff
- Promote a friendly, respectful and supportive environment within the organisation

**About you**:

- You hold a relevant qualification as a Mental Health Nurse
- You have demonstrated experience in mental health nursing
- Excellent organisation, communication and interpersonal skills plus the ability to communicate effectively with consumers, families/carers, colleagues and other service providers
- A commitment to continuous professional development
