Reporting to our Clinical Services Manager, this role would suit someone looking to join a NFP team and organisation that thrives for industry excellence and prides itself on strong community values.

**What’s my day to day look like?**
- Support customers in living their lives, their way.
- Lead a team of Support Workers to deliver individualised supports.
- Build relationships with prospective and current customers and their families.
- Use your relationship skills to grow the customer base and network with key stakeholders.
- Advocate for customers to improve and substantiate the correct level of support that is provided through various funding mechanisms.

**What will I need to Succeed?**
- Experience in a Leadership or Management role in aged, NDIS or health care sectors.
- You enjoy meeting people and have a knack for putting anyone at ease.
- You can organise and prioritise tasks, work effectively with competing priorities, problem solve and meet deadlines.
- The ability to actively contribute to the ongoing successful delivery of the NDIS and Aged Care Standards.
- Valid Australian Drivers Licence and Comprehensive Car Insurance.
- Up to date flu vaccination.
- NDIS Screening Check (or willingness to obtain one).
- Police Check (within the last 6 months or willingness to obtain one).
