This people and research focused role really does tick all the boxes It is hands on and has all the key leadership functions that comes with managing a strong team of dedicated staff. Reporting to General Manager
- Care and Service delivery, this role would suit a professional looking to actively contribute to improving evidence based practice.

With our view to innovation and improving the lives of our community we are looking for a skilled Clinician or Allied Health professional to run and oversee a 12 month clinical research project as well as direct care support to our customers. This will be a 50/50 division of time.

**In particular you will**:

- Take project lead and coordinate the day-to-day management of the project
- Recruit participants
- Collect evaluation data
- Ensure milestones are met
- Communicate with key stakeholders, write reports and share the findings
- Use your current qualification to improve the lives of our customers by providing direct care

**What will I need to Succeed?**
- Experience in a Research role in aged, NDIS or health care sectors.
- Allied Health or Nursing AHPRA registration
- You enjoy meeting people and have a knack for putting anyone at ease.
- Valid Australian Drivers Licence and Comprehensive Car Insurance
- Up to date flu vaccination
- NDIS Screening Check (or willingness to obtain one)
- Police Check (within the last 6 months or willingness to obtain one)
