**The Role**
- The Centre Manager will have a values based focus, strong leadership ability to coach, lead, motivate and work collaboratively in a small team of 10 support workers, volunteers and chef, delivering person centred social support and activities.
- The Manager will be highly visible within the centre and also within the local community, forming strong relationships and partnerships that add value to the operations, to ensure the centre has maximum impact and reach to meet the needs of our customer and communities.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Will lead the team to be, positive and efficient taking a proactive approach to developing and upskilling the team and a management style that is aligned with values and leadership behaviours.
- Compliance to Aged Care Quality Standards and NDIS Practice Standards
- Responsible for all the performance outcomes of the centre, including people resources, financial reporting (budgets and cashflow management) and customer satisfaction
- Systems management, administration and reporting across all stakeholders to guidelines and standards
- **About You**
- Experience in leading and developing teams
- Understanding and oversight of Aged Care Quality Standards and NDIS Practice Standards
- Experienced with Seniors and Dementia and able to develop strong relationships with clients and their families
- Will be an efficient, well-organised, with previous demonstrated experience operations, financial management, strong IT literacy
- Centre facility Operations along with Recreation experience - desirable
- Up to date Flu and Covid-19 vaccinations, Current WA Drivers Licence, Police Clearance valid within the last 6 months and NDIS Screening Check.
