The Role

The objective of this role is to assist the Sales Consultant with prospecting and securing residential listings by establishing and maintaining interpersonal relationships with current, past and potential clients. This role is responsible for all functions relating to the listing and sale of residential property by way of private treaty, auction or tender.

A Day In The Life

Build your own brand in preparation for your launch into becoming a stand-alone agent.
Utilise personal initiative to source prospective sellers or buyers of property.
Build and maintain relationships with prospective sellers or buyers of property.
Support the Sales Consultant by providing assistance to prospective sellers or buyers of property.
Support all prospecting activity.
Conduct external meetings, including open for inspections to the highest professional standards.
Appraise properties.
List & Sell properties
Ensure that all negotiations, advertising materials, contracts of sale and other documentation are accurate and comply with relevant legislation.
Administrative tasks.
