Training and Development Coordinator - Transport and infrastructure in Silverwater. $75k + Super full-time

**Your new role**:

- Coordination of project inductions
- Coordination of training (external RTOs, etc.)
- Contacting workers on training
- Maintain training records and skills matrix
- Completing Vevo checks
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients
- Building and maintaining relationships with subcontractors and suppliers
- Updating and maintaining training portals
- Liaising with Project Administrators and Payroll staff on matters relating to times recorded, salary, and rates of pay
- Reports - Workforce development, training reports
- Onboarding of directs/in-directs
- Daily Portal Review

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Demonstrate an above average level of knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Extensive experience in resource allocation
- Rail / Construction / Traffic Management training knowledge is highly desirable
- Prior experience in a similar role
- Excellent administration and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
- The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
