We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, positive and driven individual with a can-do attitude to join us as a HR Administrator in our Sydney - Bondi Junction office (Hybrid) on a full-time basis.
The HR Administrator will have a dual reporting line to the Manager HR and the CEO’s EA ad provide admin support for HR, L&D and Special Projects on tasks that are critical to the day-to-day success of The Travel Corporation’s (TTC) business.

**How you will spend your time**:
- General administrative activities
- Processing of change of employment conditions
- Supporting the HR Team in the co-ordination and follow-up of employee benefits administration
- Manage HR compliance checks e.g., VEVO checks.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records.
- Extraction of monthly reports
- Employee Event Coordination support
- Packaging and distribution of onboarding welcome packs
- Support and Management of the Training Calendar
- Maintain a register of all training and training documentation.
- HR and L&D inbox management and resolve general queries.
- Compiling monthly newsletters
- Manage Employee anniversaries.
- Provide support with our SharePoint People Page
- Create & Maintain the Office Etiquette & Protocol Documentation
- Support with Consortia Conference & Trade Event
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Bring some previous administration experience in a People and Culture/HR or Learning and Development environment.
- Demonstrate the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Display excellent organisational skills whilst you manage the needs of multiple stakeholders.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Display a keen interest to learn about generalist HR.
- Display a keen eye for detail.
