**Job Description**:
We currently have a great opportunity for YOU to accelerate your success by joining our Workplace Management Services team. Be part of a newly created division that is scheduled for significant growth which will present many opportunities for those onboard now.

Integrate with our client in their state of the art premises and agile work environment, providing “hotel style” levels of service to the internal guest, our client’s employees. Your dedication to the role ensures that these guests are able to remain productive and thrive in their work environment.

**As custodians of workplace management you will be responsible for**:

- Personally looking after up to our client and their guests needs each day over several levels of our clients latest premium grade building
- Daily interaction with business unit leaders and their teams
- Reinforce workplace behaviours as an agile work ambassador
- Welcome and induct new guests into their workspace
- Manage unique break out spaces and meeting points
- Troubleshoot basic audio visual and IT concerns
- Constantly monitor the workplace

**Qualifications**:

- Experience working in high end service environments
- Experience in engaging with VIP clients and busy career professionals
- IT savvy, including a basic understanding with the desire to further develop your skills in this space
- Strong administrations skills across the Microsoft office suite
- Demonstrate the ability to handle conflicting priorities, in a fast paced, demanding environment, whilst maintaining composure and delivering outcomes of the highest quality
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high standard of presentation
- A track record of going above and beyond for customers
- Full working rights
