Hoozu (awesomely cool business and data driven content creation business) is on the prowl for an energetic Marketing Specialists to work in their Sydney office.
The MS role involves managing and growing the influencer marketing and social content needs, for some of Australia’s biggest advertising brands. Leveraging data and content to create conversions, Hoozu is a meta business and marketing partner.
The social market space is exciting and constantly evolving, so we need a quick-thinking media superstar who is eager to participate, keen to develop and loves getting extremely creative to solve clients content and brand advocacy needs.

Serious stuff - looking for minimum 3-4 years media experience. Minimum University Degree with marketing focus or strong practical experience and working knowledge of marketing media or social. Competent in managing client accounts, strong communications skills, organised, high level social media usage and understanding, competent with Asana, powerpoint, slack, dropbox and Adobe design suite.
The role will be based in our Surry Hills office in Sydney, working with the Hoozu delivery team.
Your day to day tasks will include the following tasks:
- Keep up to date with emerging digital technology and look at ways to incorporate this into client product offering.
- Identify new ways for the company to promote and market itself e.g. conferences, networking events, press release articles.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow social media communities and create networks that facilitate driving viral engagement for brands.
- Utilise experience of producing viral campaigns to create highly engaging video concepts for clients.
- Identify opportunities to market our clients through the development of tailored content marketing campaigns
- Develop internal and external social marketing strategies for Hoozu clients
- Liaise with clients to determine their campaign goals, expectations and budget requirements
- Identify suitable influencers and outreach platforms to work with
- Review and preview technology an tools for social content marketing campaigns and make recommendations to clients
- Writing and producing marketing briefs and materials
- Review analytics / sales specific information regarding campaign effectiveness and present findings to clients
- Understand and inform new and existing clients about social content marketing trends and the benefit of influencer marketing
- Draft marketing presentations and respond to proposal requests in a timely manner
- Proactively drive marketing opportunities within client accounts by providing a continuous assessment of results and identifying problem areas and growth initiatives
- Work closely with Hoozu internal stakeholders to ensure there is a clear communications strategy within the account
- Work closely with the Hoozu delivery team to ensure that client expectations around quality and timeliness are met
- Liaise with creators, developers, graphic designers, copywriters, photographers, videographers, journalists and influencers as required
- Research and analyse market trends
- Strive to ensure that marketing activities represent excellent value for our clients
- Adhere to and implement all company policies and procedures.
Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
