About the Company
Flexshield has been at the forefront of industrial noise control in Australia for over 15 years. We are a family-owned and operated company with our manufacturing facility based in Toowoomba Queensland.
We have a national sales network and provide high-quality noise control solutions across Australia, New Zealand, and Papua New Guinea.
Currently, purpose building a new manufacturing and HO Facility in Toowoomba featuring state-of-the-art fit-out - New Machinery and processes to bring manufacturing in-house and on shore The next years are packed full of excitement
Key Responsibilities
Internal Business Development (80%)
- Make outbound proactive calls to potential clients as well as answering incoming sales inquiries.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify potential leads and opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand our client base.
- Collaborate with marketing to create compelling sales materials and campaigns.
- Manage and maintain the CRM system within NetSuite to track and analyze customer interactions and data.
- Provide sales support, such as preparing quotes, proposals, and managing contracts.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.
Face-to-Face Client Engagement (20%)
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, focusing on clients located throughout the eastern states of Australia.
- Conduct client visits and meetings to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction with our services.
- Communicate effectively with clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Present product and service offerings in a compelling and professional manner.
**Requirements**:
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with NetSuite CRM
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with NetSuite or similar ERP systems, including CRM modules.
- A strong network of potential clients or relevant industry contacts is a plus.
