**About the Role**

We are currently recruiting for a **12-month fixed term full time Business Trainee - People and Culture** located at our Head Office, 201 Star Street, Welshpool. You will receive on-the-job training and gain experience while you obtain your nationally accredited Certificate III in Business qualification.

A traineeship is a unique opportunity to work full time, be paid to learn real life skills on the job, whilst getting one on one mentoring, coaching and support throughout the duration of the 12 month contract. You are also paid to study. What an incredible way to kick start your career

**Duties**:

- Assist in all of the relevant Department’s administrative processes under guidance and support
- Update documentation and meeting records
- Maintain up to date and accurate filing systems
- Assist with data entry in our HR and Payroll systems
- Assist in the formatting and preparation of business documents
- Assist in HR Projects as required
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of all activities within the People and Culture Department
- Provide support to the People and Culture team

**Our ideal trainee is someone who**:

- Has minimum Year 10 schooling
- Is embarking on this traineeship as a way to gain their first qualification
- Meets the criteria to obtain a traineeship
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Willing to learn and gain new skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
