Step into a pivotal leadership role as you lead a high-performing team of Technical Solutions Sales professionals, delivering tailored rental solutions across HVAC, power generation, site accommodation, industrial shutdowns, traffic, dewatering, and ground support.
As a strategic sales leader, you'll be accountable for achieving the Business Unit revenue targets, while driving excellence in sales execution, team performance, and customer engagement.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead and inspire a team of Technical Sales professionals, embedding best-practice sales strategies and fostering a high-performance culture.
- Drive the organisation's growth strategy by aligning the sales team to key business objectives, ensuring engagement, accountability, and consistent achievement of sales targets.
- Develop and execute robust customer acquisition plans, expanding market share and deepening customer relationships.
- Embed disciplined sales processes, including structured account planning, pipeline management, and pursuit strategies to maximise conversion and profitability.
- Stay ahead of market dynamics by continuously analysing industry trends, customer needs, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to inform strategic decisions.

What You'll Bring to the Role:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Engineering, or Sales & Marketing are highly regarded.
- 8+ years of experience in sales and major account management, with a strong background in technical solution selling across complex industries.
- Proven leadership in managing sales teams, driving performance through coaching, accountability, and strategic alignment.
- Strong commercial and technical acumen, with the ability to translate customer needs into tailored, value-driven solutions.
- Track record of delivering revenue growth, customer acquisition, and market expansion through disciplined sales execution and strategic planning.
