**Help us shape a connected future for healthcare by**:

- Assisting in preparing, reviewing, collating, and briefing contract and contract variation documentation
- In consultation with relevant business leads, Commercial Managers, Legal and Pricing Teams reviewing contract documents for commercial risk indicators and managing contractual changes
- Assisting in the improvement of processes and tools designed to support contract management
- Supporting and promoting appropriate document governance in relation to contractual artefacts, including retention, storage and accessibility
- Building strong and effective relationships with internal stakeholders (including Business Development, Pricing, Product Owners and Solution Delivery Teams) to support the management of contract deliverables, risks and obligations.

We are seeking someone who has prior experience in contracts, contract management, commercial management or business administration. You will have demonstrated customer focus, a high level of attention to detail and the willingness to build sold working relationships. Demonstrated ability to manage your own workload with multiple competing interests will see you succeed in this role.
