The Procurement function is a trusted business advisor that enables nbn to secure externally sourced goods and services that provide sustainable value. As a result, the Broader procurement function needs a strong customer focus, a demonstrated strength in category management and a drive to deliver commercial and sustainable value.
A bit about your role
The Procurement team is responsible for planning, sourcing, contracting and governance of suppliers and contracts for field-related services, required to build and operate nbn’s networks.
The Contract Manager has the responsibility of delivering sustainable procurement value through managing executed contracts and suppliers. This includes contract implementation, supplier on-boarding and management, supplier governance and contract management.
A bit about you
The ideal person will have the ability to autonomously manage executed contracts and contract deliverables for assigned strategic categories of commercial related services; along with expertise in leading and managing supplier performance and operational contracts and procurement activities.
High level experiences in resolving complex commercial issues, by developing resolution and negotiation plans, leading negotiation with internal and external senior level participants and managing multiple concurrent commercial maters with individual and multiple stakeholders.
