Customer Service Officers

We are currently looking for multiple experienced Customer Service Officers to join this well recognised Victorian Government department, based on-site in their brand new Ballarat office.
Working as part of a collaborative team your existing skills and exceptional attention to detail will be well utilised as you work towards completing the following tasks;
- Perform document verification and identity verification on behalf of customers using our Offline Verification services
- Carry out data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Triage, catalogue and follow the support escalation process through to third party providers and other internal company teams where necessary.
- Contribute to the development of the department’s knowledge base and training materials.
- Other ad-hoc tasks as required
The Customer Service team you will be joining is a close-knit and collaborative team responsible for supporting our customers for a wide range of queries. This role will suit a professional and highly organised person who is committed to service excellence and has strong organisational and administrative skills.
The department’s current hours of operation are 8am to 8pm, Monday to Friday, however as this is a new centre, we are looking for people who can work between the hours of 9.00am - 5.00pm, with a view to hours changing in the next 3-6 months. Applicants must be prepared to work rotating shifts between the hours of 8.00am and 8.00pm.
As this role is within the Victorian Government, full working rights, triple vaccination (or more) status and the willingness to undergo a police check are required.
