**Food Process Worker. Job Description**

**Location**: 8/102-110 North View Drive. Sunshine West. 3020

**Permanent - Part time.** 24 hours per week. Mon, Tue & Thu 6:30am to 3:00 pm.

**Reporting to**:Supervisor

**Salary**:$28 per hour + Superannuation

**Responsibilities and duties**

Receive, check and store raw materials
Weighs, measures, mixes, and processes ingredients
Set up, operate and clean manual and electric professional food preparation and processing equipment and tools.
Handling hot and frozen products
Monitors product quality before packaging
Packaging and labelling
End of day cleaning
Record production data for batches of food, cleaning records, temperature records and dispatch records
Maintain a clean environment for food preparation, processing and food storage as well as other facilities such as office, bathroom and storage.
Regularly check temperatures of equipment
Moves products from production lines into storage and shipping areas.
Works under general supervision either individually or in a team environment
Undertake training to meet food legislation requirements.

Pay: $28.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
