Beaumont People are seeking an E-learning development/Adult Education Officer, for a part time 3day/week role starting immediately.

This role will be responsible for leading the coordination and delivery of a small project that will produce a suite of e-Learning modules and accompanying materials.

The role will be a conduit between the organisation and the engaged external supplier (developers of the e-learning modules).
- Interpersonal communication skills essential
- Knowledge of adult learning principles desirable
- Knowledge of digital learning and e-learning module development desirable
- Technical knowledge and skills advantageous
- Strategic thinking and innovation desirable
- Research skills desirable (i.e. options for hosting modules on what LMS platforms)
- Resource development to accompany e-learning i.e. Easy Read fact sheets
