**Graduate Clinical Facilitator**

**Greenslopes Private Hospital has an opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Graduate Team. Permanent Part-time.**

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you will be an organised and efficient professional with advanced skills in nursing assessment and highly developed clinical problem-solving skills. You will be a positive role model with a natural ability to mentor and support staff with an innovative approach to education delivery.

You have a passion for patient care and a high standard of customer-focused service in line with Ramsay’s core values.

Your Essential Skills and Experience
- Relevant nursing registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum three (3) years’ relevant specialty experience in an acute hospital setting in a variety of areas including General, Critical Care and Theatre
- Knowledge of ANMC Competency Standards for the Registered Nurse and Enrolled Nurse
- Demonstrated high level communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous Clinical Nurse experience preferred
- Previous experience in an education/preceptor role advantageous
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team and independently where required
- Strong understanding of basic computer skills including the Microsoft Office Suite.

Desirable
- Post graduate qualifications in Nursing/Clinical Education (or working towards)
- Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment - TAE40116
