**The Opportunity**

Our ward is 30 bed unit speciaslises in caring for neurosurgical patients. As a Clinical Nurse you will perform duties with the support and guidance of the Nurse Unit Manager and Clinical Nurses to ensure a high level of quality patient care is delivered to all patients.

This role will see you joining a team of passionate professionals driven to exceed Ramsay's high standard of client care.

**Your Skills and Experience**

You will be a trained nurse with exceptional customer service, confident communication, and strong interpersonal skills. You will also demonstrate:

- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum 3 years’ post-graduate surgical /medical experience
- Proven ability to always act as a positive role model and as a professional
- A passion for mentoring junior team members and positively influencing their performance
- Post graduate qualification in specialty area desirable but not essential.

**Remuneration**:On offer is base hourly rate ranging from $52.86 - $56.83 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (QLD Clinical Nurse/Midwife Level 2 gr1-gr4) [$104,451.36 - $112,296.08]

**Requirements**:
