**What are we after?**

We are looking for UX Designers who want to join our award-winning design practice as we partner and collaborate with our clients on projects and initiatives and deliver solutions that provide a best-in-class experience. The UX Designer will be deployed as part of a talented design squad to our enterprise Tier 1 clients backed up with strong financial funding to their digital initiatives and projects.

**What are the Responsibilities?**
- Deliver end-state user experience definition
- Be able to work through concept development and journey mapping
- Provide overall experience design for both short-term and long-term goals
- Create documentation of scenarios and UX flows
- Deliver on the testing of concepts and flows
- Workshop with your team and provide stakeholder review/testing of concepts
- Be comfortable with presentations to programme/executive teams and clients

**What are the essential skills and qualifications?**
- Associate level experience and a good interaction designer
- Highly competent with rapid concept development and prototyping.
- Sketch. Invision. Figma.
- Experience with concepts, Forms Design Specification and Interaction Design Specifications
- Pitch Deck/Conversation Guide Design
- Strong communications skills and ability to work with executive team members
- Self-starter and excellent team player
- Observant and articulate with a passion for attention to detail
