An exciting opportunity has become available for **Lead Educators **to join the team and encourage our little one’s true potential in a nurturing environment at our **Gungahlin, Genius **childcare centre.

**Your new centre**:
We have a terrific outdoor play area for children to explore with including a vegetable garden, accompanied by a commercial kitchen and a modern and inspired learning environment.

The purpose-built facilities have been designed to inspire a love of learning in the children. Each space indoors is well-resourced to ensure the children have access to what they need for their daily activities.

**Your new role**:

- You will be passionate about promoting children's development and their learning at our centres
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills and the ability to manage the day to day operations of your room including curriculum development and administrative procedure
- Collaborate with our Senior Educators and Leaders and support the centre to meet and exceed the NQS and constantly improve our programs.
- Work with a team who value being connected to their local community, team spirit, and having fun.

**What you need**:

- Diploma-level early childhood qualification (or an ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Relevant blue card, child protection course, First Aid and CPR including anaphylaxis and asthma
- You will have sound knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
