**Your Role Will Involve**:

- Building strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Supporting and implementing engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences
- Creating and maintaining a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment
- Encouraging children’s curiosity, creativity, and holistic development
- Working collaboratively with a team of passionate educators

**Trainee Educator Requirements**:

- No prior qualification required
- Willingness to study and complete a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Current Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)

**Certificate III Educator Requirements**:

- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Experience in an early learning environment (preferred)
- Current Working With Children Check
- First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- A nurturing, confident, and professional approach to care and education

**Room Leader / Educational Leader Opportunities**:

- Have leadership potential or experience in early childhood settings
- Hold (or are working towards) a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Possess strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and current best practices
- Are confident in mentoring others and leading high-quality educational programs
