Managed under the same roof as efm Logistics, efm warehousing has more than 78,000m2 of safe, secure and modern warehousing space at strategic locations throughout Australia.

An opportunity exists for an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our dedicated Warehousing team at Dandenong.

**Requirements**:
**Key responsibilities includes**:

- Maintain a safe work environment
- Proactive identification of customer operations practices to improve margin and revenue
- Achievement of customer SLAs
- Management of customer escalation
- Employee engagement and retention
- Train, coach and mentor team on all role specific tasks and reinforcing training - competency of team on role specific tasks
- Timely team communication - Weekly team tool box talk re functional performance, safety and other
- Proactive management and compliance with safety requirements including weekly site safety inspection, COR compliance
- Mitigate and minimize injury
- Compliance with QMS

**Benefits**
