We are a food service logistics business servicing some of Australia's iconic leading brands for over 10 years.

We require an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team to assist lead the business operationally. Reporting directly to our Operations Manager, this important role assists in leading all operations of our business including Key Account Management.

This is a Full time role, with an exceptional salary negotiated for the successful applicant.

The ability to communicate is imperative in this role

Must be able to work early in the morning 1am - 3am

The starts are early, but you will finish by 8-8:45am daily. It is a 38 hour week across 5-6 days. There is also a weekend component to the roles.

**Job tasks and responsibilities**

Your role will include responsibilities in the following areas

People Management
- both customers, suppliers, staff and sub-contractors.

Deliver a premium service and uphold the values that we pride ourselves on.

Key account management and customer service.

HACCP- management and improving the system.

Day to day operations including daily routing of resources.

Driver management and training to our existing team.

Recruitment/training
- working toward fleet goal targets for upcoming contracts.

Inbound calls from customers via telephone.

Driver and vehicle audits.

Fleet administration/management.

Backup delivery driving where required in peak periods.

**Skills and experience**

Ideally, you will have experience in a supervisory or management role in either the transport logistics field, or the food service industry. Although, I will consider delivery drivers that are looking to take their next career steps
