We are seeking flexible, patient-centred Hospitality Services Assistants for **casual positions across at East Melbourne (Albert Street and Victoria Parade).**This is an excellent opportunity to join our supportive and friendly Environmental Services team at Epworth Freemasons and be part of a growing healthcare service.

**Key areas of focus for this role include**:

- Providing an efficient and prompt cleaning service
- Maintaining our facility to the highest level
- Providing friendly and genuine assistance to patients, visitors and colleagues

**To be successful in the role, you will**:

- Have an excellent understanding of customer service in private healthcare
- Have experience in a similar role (desirable)
- Be flexible and willing to go the extra step for patients and their family members
- Have solid computer skills (essential)
- Be proactive and responsive to patient needs and service demands

As one of Victoria's leading maternity hospitals, Epworth Freemasons specialises in women’s and men’s health services including breast and gynaecological surgery, endoscopy and urology.
