**Corporate Account Manager **to join our team.
You will have a strong background in strategic sales management, ideally in client-based, corporate education or government sectors. Your entrepreneurial skillset will drive you to seize opportunities, take responsibility and tackle challenges head-on. You will bring:
- Thorough understanding of sales analytics, account management strategies and sales platforms which support business growth
- Experience in contract management, particularly in government
- Superior writing skills to write in clear, efficient and elegant English
- A focus on building strong and long-term client relationships which are based on delivering quality outcomes
Your key task will be to drive the sales business development and client servicing activity for our range of face-to-face, online and virtual services. This includes:
**Business strategy and goals**
- Develop a sales plan and drive a business growth strategy to grow new client segments, diversify our products and services and to raise sales, revenue and profit with strong recurring revenue streams and repeat business.
**Business development**
- Build and nurture high-level client relationships and tender opportunities
- Manage leads and opportunities, scope service needs and actions and prepare service quotes and tenders
- Manage client quotes, contracts and tenders from liaison and negotiation to closing the deals
- Building new digital revenue streams.
**Client relationship and account management**
- Liaise with team managers to ensure effective scheduling and delivery of all services, and to maintain our competitiveness.
