Our lovely Client enjoys the faster things in life like auto racing and drag racing. When he’s not pursuing these interests, he enjoys staying up to date with current world affairs. He is also a private person, who would benefit from a Support Worker who respects and values his right to privacy.
The ideal Support Worker for our Client is someone who has a keen attention to detail, is a thorough cleaner, is reliable, and takes initiative.
The role will involve support with personal care including bowel therapy (experience in bowel care is required), and domestic assistance.

We are looking for Disability Support Workers who have availability for **2-hr shifts** **weekdays and weekends during the morning (shift times range from Monday to Wednesday 8:30am-10:30am and Thursday to Sunday 9am-11am.**
**Our weekday daytime rate is $34.45/hr. Our all-day Saturday rate is $47.00hr. Our all-day Sunday rate is $60.50/hr. All pay rates are + superannuation.**
**Please note pay rates are set and non-negotiable.**
You will have support in your role via a comprehensive care plan and support from our awesome Support Specialist team.

- **Your key responsibilities & accountabilities**:_
- To deliver high quality support to our Clients in the capacity they require, the exact way they would like it delivered
- Communicate effectively and collaborate for our Clients needs with our Clients, team & Support Specialist
- Understand, follow instructions, and be responsive to our Clients needs
- Provide support to our Clients as required
- Have good rapport building skills and a gentle, encouraging manner
- Be reliable and flexible to fill shifts when required
- Have an interest in building a respectful relationship with our Clients
- To support our Clients to achieve their NDIS Goals
- **To be successful you must**:_
- Resonate with the role description above
- Have a genuine desire to positively change people's lives
- Have evidence of eligibility and right to work in Australia
- Hold or be willing to obtain NDIS worker screening or yellow card
- Hold or be willing to obtain a blue card
- Hold Certificate III in disability or related fields (preferred)
- Experience in bowel care/therapy (required)

Pay: $34.45 - $60.50 per hour
