**About Your New Role**

Our Disability Support Workers are experts in providing effective encouragement and innovative strategies to help individuals realise their full potential and the endless possibilities available to them. Each day will be unique, but shifts may include assistance with mental health challenges, personal care, household duties, and medication management. Above all, you will provide companionship and build meaningful, caring relationships.

**About You**
- You demonstrate advanced skills in assisting customers who have a wide range of disabilities
- You have experience in coordinating and administrating the delivery of dynamic services
- You have experience with In Home and Community Access supports
- You have experience working with mental health, challenging and complex behaviours
- You can confidently implement care plans

**What You Need**:

- Current Open Driver's Licence
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $42.24 per hour
