**More about the role**:
As a Client Retention Specialist, you will retain and increase loyalty of customers by identifying root causes and delivering solutions using your exceptional problem solving and communication skills. This is an inbound role, answering inbound calls with no dialing out.

You will service existing clients by...
- Retaining existing business and client profiles
- Assisting with policy renewals
- Address customer concerns and provide solutions
- Making policy changes and amendments
- Cancelling existing policies
- Helping our customers set up new insurance policies
